The role leads a team across 120 stores, delivering excellent customer service and driving store profitability while representing a leading charity brand.
You will coach staff and volunteers, manage pricing, merchandising and promotions, and ensure secure, inclusive work practices.
Flexibility includes occasional Saturday shifts and a commitment to Lifeline's mission.
