Your Property Expert Estate Agents is looking for energetic, confident and motivated individuals to join our team as Door Knocking & Lead Generation Specialists.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, has strong communication skills and wants to gain experience in real estate and sales.

Key Responsibilities
n

Door knock residential properties in allocated areas
n
Speak with local homeowners and introduce our real estate services
n
Identify potential sellers, landlords and appraisal opportunities
n
Generate and record qualified leads for our sales team
n
Distribute marketing material where required
n
Build relationships with homeowners in the local community
n
Represent the agency professionally at all times
n
Achieve weekly prospecting and lead-generation targets
n

Who We're Looking For

Confident and comfortable speaking with recent people
n
Friendly, well-presented and professional
n
Robust communication skills
n
Self-motivated and reliable
n
Positive attitude and able to handle rejection
n
Sales or door-knocking experience is an advantage but not essential
n
Real estate experience is not required - training can be provided
n
