Texas Peak Pty Ltd is seeking a
Casual Sales Consultant
to join our dynamic team at the Brooks Running store located at our DFO South Wharf store. In this casual role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales for our leading running brand Brooks.
What you'll be doing
Providing outstanding customer service and building robust relationships with customers
Assisting customers with product selection and recommendations to ensure their needs are met
Maintaining an organised and visually appealing store setting
Achieving individual and team sales targets
Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
Replenishing stock and ensuring the store is well-presented at all times
Supporting the store manager with other duties as required
What we're looking for




Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the sportswear or fashion industry
Robust communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
A positive, energetic and team-oriented attitude
Pro-active involvement in staff training sessions
A passion for people and building connections
Experience in fitness, footwear or movement preferred.
