Retail Data Acquisition Services is seeking a Retail Performance Lead for a 12‐month fixed term, field-based role covering Warragul and surrounding Gippsland areas.
You will drive regional performance, coach store teams, and ensure safety, food safety, and customer service standards.
The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years in high-volume retail with solid leadership, a commercial mindset, and proficiency with Power BI to monitor performance and identify prospects for improvement.
