Job Description
HESTA Super is seeking an experienced AML Reforms & Uplift Specialist on a 12-month max term contract to strengthen AML/CTF controls and embed regulatory reform. You will partner with Financial Crime, Risk, Compliance, Legal and external stakeholders to deliver sustainable changes.

You'll develop policies, document processes, and support business readiness through trainings and change communications, aligning with AUSTRAC guidance and current AML/CTF rules.
