Head of People & Culture Business Partnering

The Company Head of HR Business Partnering role working for a large multi-site business with operations across all of greater Sydney. This business is involved in training, production and ensuring operational excellence across their network of 50+ sites.
n
The Role Reporting to the Executive and playing a key part in ensuring HR best practices are being administrated across the 50+ sites this role will play an integral role in moulding the future impact of HR across the business. Your role will include:

Build and lead the HR Business Partnering function, designing the operating model, aligning HRBPs to client groups, and lifting capability across the team.
n
Translate P&C; policy into consistent operational practice, ensuring leaders have the tools, guidance and confidence to apply people policies effectively.
n
Partner with senior leaders as a strategic advisor, influencing organisational performance, culture, leadership capability and workforce outcomes.
n




Resolve complex people matters with a systematic, risk‐aligned approach, building manager capability and ensuring issues are addressed proactively.
n
Lead organisational design and change initiatives, ensuring restructures and workforce changes are strategically aligned and supported by robust change management.
n
Provide data‐driven insights on people trends, risks and organisational needs to inform leadership decision‐making.
n

About You You will bring:

Significant experience in HR Business Partnering leadership within a complex, multi‐site organisation.
n
Robust capability in stakeholder management, influencing senior leaders and building trusted relationships.
n
Expertise in policy interpretation, organisational design, change management and people leadership.
n
A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to embed consistency, uplift capability and drive measurable impact.
