Job Description
Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a Physiotherapist for our Leeton Facility (Assumption Villa).
The role is full time, 76 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday, providing patient-centred physiotherapy and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
You will educate patients and carers on injury prevention and self-management, contribute to service development, and maintain accurate records in accordance with qualified standards.
