Paxus seeks an experienced Operational Performance Analytics Lead to establish and lead a current Driver Performance Analytics Program within its Public Transport Services division.
The role focuses on integrating data from telematics, rostering and transport systems to drive driver performance insights.
You will design the analytics framework, define performance measures and create dashboards and scorecards that support decisions on coaching, safety, training and fleet efficiency.
