Job Description
Moonah Estate is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house across the restaurant, cellar door, and bakery.
You will set the guest experience tone, manage a growing operation, read the P&L;, and build scalable systems in the opening phase of Moonah Estate.
The role requires a hands-on leader who works on the floor with guests while developing a high-performing team, optimizing rostering, stock, and compliance to deliver outstanding hospitality.
