This role contributes by:
n
Supervising a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently
n
Assisting the Site Manager and Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain during both normal and peak season periods
n
Managing the grain receivals and outload in secure and effective manner.
n
Developing and maintaining business relationships, specifically with growers and customers; and maintain awareness of local priorities and issues.
n




Developing & maintaining effective Grower group/s and dealing closely with internal and external customers
n
