Western Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Consultant to lead OVA Projects & Education in Victoria.
The role focuses on implementing and evaluating occupational violence and aggression initiatives, leveraging evidence-based practice to improve patient and staff safety.
You will collaborate with teams, deliver Reframe VR OVA training, and provide expert support for OVA-related projects as required.
Postgraduate qualifications and solid change management are preferred.
