Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support outpatient clinic operations across Hand Surgery, Gastroenterology, and Urology.
This role focuses on routine patient care, follow-ups, and care coordination in a team-oriented, physician-led setting.
What You'll Do
Conduct outpatient visits for new and established patientsPerform histories and physicalsManage routine follow-ups and post-procedure careOrder and review labs and imaging (within scope)Provide patient education and treatment guidanceSupport telehealth visits as neededCoordinate care with physicians and clinical staffMaintain accurate and timely documentation

This is a collaborative role — complex cases are escalated to supervising physicians.
What We're Looking For
Active NP or PA licenseBoard certifiedDEA (if required)2+ years outpatient experience preferredExperience in surgical, GI, urology, or multispecialty settings is a plusComfortable with EMR and telehealth workflowsStrong communication and team mindset
Schedule
Monday–Friday, standard business hoursFlexible part-time or full-timeMix of in-person and telehealthNo routine nights or weekends
