About the Role – Senior Hairdresser / Hair Stylist
This role is ideal for a confident and experienced stylist who is passionate about:
Blonde specialists, balayage, and advanced colouring techniques
Cutting and styling
Hair extensions
Deliveringhigh-end salon services and client consultations
Building and maintaining aloyal client base
You will also support junior staff and contribute to a positive, team-focused salon culture.
Key Responsibilities
Performcolour services (blondes, balayage, foils, toning, corrections)
Delivercutting and styling services
Conduct professionalclient consultations and recommendations




Maintain ahigh standard of salon presentation and hygiene
Build strongclient relationships and retention
Mentor and supportapprentices and junior stylists
Skills & Experience Required
Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent)
Minimum3+ years experience as a Hairdresser / Hair Stylist
Robust experience in:
Blonde and colour work
Cutting and styling
Hair extensions (desirable)
Excellent communication andcustomer service skills
Ability to work in afast-paced salon environment
Passion forhair, beauty, and client satisfaction
