Murrumbidgee Local Health District in Narrandera NSW is seeking a Wellbeing and Health In-reach Nurse (WHIN) Coordinator CNS2 to provide high-quality specialist nursing care for school-aged children across multiple schools.
You will deliver the WHIN model of care, coordinate complex needs and support families in Culcairn, Henty, Walla Walla and Tumbarumba areas.
The role involves travel, in office attendance, and possible hybrid virtual work if based within MLHD and within travel distance.
