AFL Recruitment - Accounting Financial Legal in Melbourne is seeking a Personal Injury Lawyer with a focus on abuse and institutional abuse claims.
You will work under an Accredited Specialist partner on complex litigation, with exposure to medical negligence and public liability in a national plaintiff firm workplace.
You will liaise with clients, doctors, solicitors and insurers, draft court documents, review medical evidence and participate in settlements.
