The Secure Step requires an experienced health, safety and wellbeing leader to develop and support the organisation's occupational health and safety vision in Melbourne.
You will design frameworks for health, hygiene and injury management, and champion capability-building across the business.
Ideally, you will navigate a large, high‐risk workplace, partner with senior leaders and drive practical, compliant solutions that improve health outcomes and reduce risk.
