An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and highly motivated Automotive Business Manager to join the team at Geely Osborne Park .

This is an excellent opportunity to represent an exciting automotive brand while helping customers find finance, insurance and protection solutions suited to their individual needs.

Working closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Consultants, you will play an key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, supporting vehicle sales and maximizing finance and insurance opportunities.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Presenting finance, insurance, warranty and vehicle protection options to customers

- Identifying each customer’s individual needs and recommending suitable solutions

- Preparing and submitting accurate finance applications for approval

- Explaining finance products, repayments, terms and documentation clearly

- Supporting Sales Consultants with finance discussions and customer handovers

- Ensuring every eligible customer is introduced to the Business Office

- Working with the Sales Manager to maximize opportunities from each vehicle sale

- Managing finance and insurance documentation accurately and efficiently

- Ensuring all customer payments and required documentation are completed

- Maintaining strong relationships with finance and insurance providers

- Keeping daily sales records and customer information up to date

- Delivering a professional and compliant customer experience

- Meeting individual and dealership finance and insurance targets

- Ensuring all activities comply with relevant legislation,



regulations and industry requirements

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Business Manager within an automotive dealership

- A sound understanding of the retail automotive industry

- Current relevant finance and insurance accreditations

- A strong understanding of financial services legislation and compliance requirements

- Excellent sales, negotiation and customer service skills

- A professional and customer-focused approach

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability

- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment

- Confidence working with finance applications and customer documentation

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant dealership systems

- A current driver’s license

- A highly motivated, results-driven attitude

Experience leading or supporting a small team will be highly regarded.
