About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to NDIS participants, assisting them to achieve their goals, increase independence, and engage in their local community.

Duties may include:

- Community access and social support

- Personal care assistance

- Domestic assistance

- Transport to appointments and activities

- Supporting participants to build life skills and independence

- Implementing individual support plans

Shift Opportunities

We currently have a variety of shifts available, including:

- Morning shifts

- Afternoon shifts

- Evening shifts

- Active overnight shifts

- Sleepover shifts

- Weekend work

- Pay rate dependent on experience,

Essential Requirements

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

- Current National Police Check

- Reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance (preferred)

- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (preferred)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
