Storeman / Tools & Warehouse Coordinator $80,000–$85,000 + super | Full-time | Sydney

Preservation Technologies is a specialist remedial building company carrying out concrete repairs, waterproofing, façade remediation and structural repair projects across Sydney.

We're looking for a Storeman / Tools & Warehouse Coordinator to take responsibility for our warehouse, tools, equipment and stock.

This is a stand-alone role. You'll be responsible for keeping everything organised, maintained and where it needs to be. We're looking for someone who is self-managed, practical and takes pride in keeping things under control.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage the day-to-day running of the warehouse and storage areas
- Maintain and update tool and equipment registers
- Track tools and equipment issued to employees and sites
- Receive, check and organise deliveries
- Maintain stock levels and identify items that need to be reordered
- Prepare materials, tools and equipment for site teams
- Keep the warehouse organised, clean and safe
- Inspect tools and equipment for damage, faults and wear
- Carry out basic repairs and maintenance where possible
- Arrange servicing and repairs when required
- Test and tag electrical tools and equipment and maintain test and tag records
- Ensure tools and equipment are serviced, maintained and fit for use
- Manage tool calibration and testing requirements
- Load and unload deliveries




- Assist with stocktakes and investigate discrepancies
- Coordinate materials and equipment going to and returning from sites
- Drive company vehicles to deliver tools and materials when required
- Liaise with suppliers and site teams
- Ensure warehouse, tools, equipment and vehicles are maintained to a high standard

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Holds a current MR driver's licence
- Holds a current forklift licence
- Holds a current White Card
- Is practical and mechanically minded
- Can carry out basic tool and equipment repairs
- Has experience with, or is capable of learning, test and tagging of electrical equipment
- Is organised and pays attention to detail
- Can manage their own workload without needing constant direction
- Takes responsibility for keeping things organised
- Is reliable and takes pride in their work
- Is comfortable working independently
- Can communicate effectively with site teams and suppliers

Experience in construction, building maintenance, tools or equipment is preferred.
