About the RoleHybrid working model – 3 days per fortnight working from homeMonday to Friday, standard business hoursReporting to the Payroll Manager ANZ, this role is well‑suited to someone who enjoys analysis, problem‑solving, and working with numbers. If you’re curious, detail‑oriented, and motivated to learn, this role offers strong development opportunities.You will work extensively with Dayforce, our global payroll and people platform, becoming a key contributor to weekly payroll processing and core HR system functions. The role also provides hands‑on exposure to Dayforce Payroll, Workforce Management, and Talent modules, allowing you to build strong system capability across multiple areas.Key responsibilities include:Recent team member setup and system maintenanceReviewing rosters and timesheets to ensure accuracy and complianceResponding to payroll enquiries via the service desk ticketing system in a timely and professional mannerSupporting leaders to become confident and effective users of DayforceEnsuring payroll compliance with relevant Australian and New Zealand awards and legislationPreparing payroll, people data,
and metrics reportingAbout you:1 + years end-to-end payroll processing experience (desirable)Previous experience with Dayforce, while ideal is not mandatory (we will help you learn)Experience in interpreting industrial instruments ie: Modern Australian Awards (desirable)Ability to perform mathematical calculations.Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationIntermediate level experience with MS Excel and WordStrong organisational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and personal accuracyAbility to problem solve and find solutionsGood English communication skills (written, verbal and listening)A customer service mindset and passion to help team members.Ability to multitask and work efficiently and with accuracy in a busy environmentUnrestricted working rights in Australia, with eligibility to work without sponsorshipWhy join TFE Hotels?At TFE Hotels, we keep things easy, for our guests and for our people.
