SERVICE ADMINISTRATION (PART TIME)

We’re looking for an organized Service Administrator to join our busy Service Department based in Malaga.

This is a part-time position with hours and days to be negotiated. We welcome applicants looking for school-friendly hours, making this an ideal opportunity for parents returning to the workforce or anyone seeking greater work-life balance.

About the Role

Working closely with the Service Manager, Workshop Forman and Service Advisors, you’ll play a key role in keeping our service department running efficiently while providing exceptional support to both our customers and service team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with day-to-day administration of the Service Department.

- Creating, processing and invoicing repair orders.

- Booking, scheduling and maintaining accurate records for service equipment inspections, ensuring all workshop equipment remains current and compliant.

- Ordering workshop supplies and general office administration.

- Liaising with customers, field technicians and suppliers.

- Maintaining accurate customer, vehicle and service records.

- Assisting with continuous improvement of administrative processes.

About You





You’ll be someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in your work and loves keeping everything on track.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Previous administration experience (automotive, transport or heavy vehicle industry highly regarded).

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and experience with dealer management software.

- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
