We are an independent hearing healthcare provider servicing the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Tweed Heads and surrounding communities. Our team provides comprehensive hearing assessments, hearing rehabilitation, hearing aid solutions, ear wax removal and ongoing patient support.
Our Runaway Bay clinic is an established Gold Coast practice where clinical quality, personalised patient care and professional integrity are at the centre of everything we do.
We are now looking for an enthusiastic and patient-focused Audiologist to join our Runaway Bay team.
About the Opportunity -
This is an exciting opportunity for an Audiologist who wants to build meaningful relationships with patients while continuing to develop their clinical and professional skills.
You will have the opportunity to work across a varied caseload, providing comprehensive adult and paediatric assessments, diagnostic audiology, hearing rehabilitation and hearing aid services.
You will be supported to develop your clinical expertise while having the autonomy to provide recommendations that are genuinely appropriate for each patient.
Your role will include:Conducting comprehensive adult and paediatric hearing assessments and diagnostic testing.Interpreting results and communicating findings clearly and confidently to patients and their families.Providing personalised hearing solutions based on each patient's clinical needs, lifestyle and goals.Selecting, fitting,



programming and verifying hearing devices and assistive listening technology.Providing ongoing hearing aid support, troubleshooting and rehabilitation.Conducting ear wax removal procedures within your scope of practice and training.Supporting patients through their hearing journey, from initial assessment through to ongoing care.Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring a high standard of clinical documentation.Working collaboratively with administration, audiology colleagues and external healthcare professionals.Participating in community outreach and local referral relationships.Keeping up to date with current evidence, technology and best-practice audiology.

You will ideally have:A recognized tertiary qualification in Audiology.Eligibility for professional membership with Audiology Australia or an equivalent professional body.Experience in hearing assessment, diagnostic audiology and hearing rehabilitation.Experience with hearing aid selection, fitting, programming and verification.Strong communication and counselling skills.The ability to explain clinical information in a way that patients and families can easily understand.A patient-first approach and strong ethical standards.Excellent attention to detail and clinical documentation.The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.A commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.Familiarity with audiology equipment, hearing aid software and clinical management systems.Knowledge of HSP, DVA and other relevant funding and referral pathways will be advantageous.Applicants must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.We are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
