St Patrick's College Townsville is seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Middle Leadership Team as Head of Faculty - Engineering & Technologies, commencing in 2027. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary and innovative educator to establish and lead a new Engineering & Technologies Faculty, shaping curriculum, building capability and inspiring the next generation of young women in STEM.

About the Role

As Head of Faculty - Engineering & Technologies, you will provide strategic leadership for the development and growth of a newly established faculty. Working closely with the Deputy Principal - Academic and fellow curriculum leaders, you will drive innovation, build staff capability, forge industry partnerships and create engaging learning pathways that prepare students for future careers and opportunities.

Key areas of responsibility include:

- Leading the vision and growth of the Engineering & Technologies Faculty.

- Developing innovative curriculum and learning programs.

- Coaching and mentoring teachers to achieve excellence in practice.

- Building industry and community partnerships that enhance student opportunities.

- Driving data-informed improvement and student achievement.

- Contributing to the broader strategic leadership of the College.
