About the Role

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Utility All-Rounders to join our village operations teams. This role provides support across housekeeping, cleaning, kitchen, dining room, and general village services.

As a Utility, no two days are the same. You will work as part of a close-knit team to ensure accommodation facilities, dining areas, kitchens, and communal spaces are maintained to the highest standards.

Employment Options: Casual

Location: Toowoomba, QLD

Point of Hire: Toowoomba and surrounding regions

Roster: Various rosters available

Commencement: Immediate Start Available

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Cleaning

- Clean and service accommodation rooms and ensuites

- Maintain laundry facilities and common areas

- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the village

- Restock consumables and report maintenance issues

Kitchen & Dining Support

- Assist with food preparation and meal service





- Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning duties

- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards

- Support dining room operations during meal periods

General Utility Duties

- Participate in daily pre-start meetings and safety activities

- Assist other departments as required

- Follow site procedures and company policies

- Contribute positively to team culture and client satisfaction

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening

- National Police Clearance (within 3 months) or willingness to obtain

- Strong commitment to safety

- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

- Reliable transport to point of hire

- Australian working rights

Desirable Qualifications

- Previous FIFO/DIDO or village accommodation experience

- Housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience

- Safe Food Handling Certificate

- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

- White Card

- Forklift Licence

- First Aid Certificate
