THE ROLE

We are looking for experienced and motivated landscapers to join our team as we continue to grow.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in creating high-quality landscapes from start to finish. You'll work across a range of exciting projects, from high-end residential gardens and pools to commercial landscapes, playgrounds, native gardens and large-scale outdoor spaces.

We are looking for people who can work confidently both independently and as part of a small team. You'll need to be reliable, take initiative, have a valuable eye for detail and be someone who takes pride in doing a job properly.

No two projects are the same, with the prospect to build your skills across a broad range of landscaping and construction work.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK MAY INCLUDE:

- Landscape construction and site preparation

- Planting, mulching and garden installation

- Paving and edging

- Limestone and feature stone work

- Retaining walls and other landscape structures

- Artificial turf installation

- Irrigation and reticulation

- Operating small plant and machinery

- General landscape construction and finishing

- Working from landscape and construction plans

- Working alongside other trades and contractors on site

You don't need to be an expert in every area of landscaping. We're looking for well-rounded landscapers with a good attitude who are keen to contribute, learn and continue developing their skills.





Irrigation/reticulation experience is a bonus, but is not essential.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who:

- Has 3+ years' experience in landscaping or landscape construction

- Takes pride in their workmanship and pays attention to detail

- Can work independently and as part of a small team

- Has initiative and can problem-solve on site

- Is reliable, punctual and hardworking

- Is comfortable working alongside other trades

- Can read and understand landscape or construction plans

- Has a White Card

- Has a current driver's licence, preferrably manual
