Sous Chef – Full Time | Roji Cat Beer Bar, Miami

Roji Cat is a Japanese-inspired beer bar and restaurant in Miami, Gold Coast, and we’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.

We’re after someone with strong kitchen skills who wants to do more than just follow a menu. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef and have the opportunity to contribute to menu development, create specials and bring your own ideas and creativity to the kitchen.

The Role

- Full-time Sous Chef position Weds to Sunday Roster.

- Work closely with and support the Head Chef

- Step up and run the kitchen when the Head Chef is away

- Contribute ideas to new dishes, specials and menu development

- Maintain high standards across prep, service and presentation





- Help lead and support the kitchen team

- Work confidently during busy services

What We’re Looking For

- Solid experience in a Sous Chef or senior chef position

- Strong cooking, prep and organisational skills

- Confident leading a kitchen when required

- Creative and interested in developing recent dishes

- Reliable, organised and comfortable taking responsibility

- Japanese or Asian cuisine experience is a bonus, but not essential
