FMCG / Merchandising Experience in Independents highly regardedCompetitive Hourly Rate & Km AllowanceCovering Perth, Mirrabooka, Balcatta & surrounding areas Availability Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday required

Strikeforce are searching for passionate & motivated Brand Activators to join our Dedicated Mars Snacking Team.

The successful applicant will work within an allocated territory calling on Independent retail outlets; This requires merchandising to a high standard, following & executing tasks accurately as well as building & maintaining strong relationships within their stores, effectively managing & promoting the Mars Snacking Brand.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Product Management (Stock levels/ Position/ Ticketing) in line with and exceeding our client’s expectationsPlanograms/ Relays - Executions & ComplianceExecuting tasks, building displays, erecting Point-of-sale and stock managementNegotiating off location opportunitiesBuilding & maintaining robust relationships with store personnelCommunicating up & coming promotional activitiesAccurate reporting using Smart DeviceTime Management Skills - The ability to work under pressure

Role Requirements





Need to be over 18, have full Australian working rightsLive in the advertised area/ surrounding suburbsCurrent State Drivers Licence & Reliable Road Worthy VehiclePhysically fit – Bending & Lifting - Carrying stock (Max 16 kgs)
