Price Cutters is expanding our retail and body piercing team across Eastlands / Rosny Park and Hobart CBD, with multiple employment opportunities available.

Experienced body piercers are strongly encouraged to apply, with paid training opportunities also available for suitable aspiring piercers.

This is a varied role combining body piercing, body jewellery, professional haircare retail and customer service within our busy stores.

Key responsibilities

- Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service

- Assisting customers with professional haircare and body jewellery

- Performing professional body piercings where trained, competent and approved

- Conducting piercing consultations and providing jewellery selection, sizing and aftercare advice

- Processing sales, bookings and customer enquiries

- Merchandising, stock replenishment and maintaining high store presentation standards

- Maintaining piercing rooms and high hygiene and infection-control standards

- Working collaboratively across our retail, salon and piercing teams

About you

We are looking for people who are:

- Friendly, confident, reliable and qualified

- Comfortable working with customers and clients

- Genuinely interested in body piercing, body jewellery and/or professional haircare

- Detail-focused and committed to high hygiene standards

- Eager to learn and work as part of a team

- Available for a range of retail hours, including some weekends

- Able to work at Eastlands / Rosny Park and,



where required, Hobart CBD

Already a body piercer? We particularly welcome applications from current body piercers, people with previous professional piercing experience and applicants who have completed piercing training.

Retail experience is helpful but not essential for an experienced body piercer — we can provide training in our retail systems and professional haircare ranges.

Aspiring body piercers are also encouraged to apply. Previous piercing experience is not essential for the right person. Suitable applicants with strong customer service skills, the right attitude and a genuine interest in professional body piercing may have the prospect to undertake paid training and supervised skills development.
