NCH Australia is looking for a motivated and confident person to join our Industrial Maintenance Sales Team.

This is a field-based sales role suited to someone who enjoys meeting people, solving problems and building long-term customer relationships.

THE ROLE

As an Industrial Maintenance Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers across a broad range of industries, helping them identify maintenance challenges and providing practical solutions that improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime and lower operating costs.

Our Industrial Maintenance range includes solutions for

* Industrial parts cleaning and degreasing

* Torrent aqueous parts washing systems

* Biological wastewater and drain maintenance

* Industrial cleaners and degreasers

* Rust and corrosion control

* Facility and equipment maintenance

* Specialised industrial maintenance products





You will be responsible for developing new business while also building strong relationships with existing customers within your territory.

This is not an office-based sales position. You will spend the majority of your time in the field, meeting customers, identifying opportunities, demonstrating products and developing solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop current business within your assigned territory

* Build and maintain relationships with existing customers

* Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits

* Identify maintenance problems and recommend suitable solutions

* Conduct product demonstrations and trials

* Develop new opportunities within existing accounts

* Prepare and follow up proposals and quotations

* Manage your territory and sales pipeline

* Work towards individual sales and business development targets

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You do not necessarily need previous industrial sales experience. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.

Ideally, you will have

* Confidence approaching and speaking with recent people

* A competitive and results-focused mindset

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* The ability to work independently and manage your own territory





* A willingness to learn technical products and solutions

* A history of personal or professional achievement

* Previous sales, trade, industrial or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not essential

* A valid Australian Driver Licence

* A reliable vehicle

* Full Australian working rights
