What you will be doing
Reporting to the Brand Lead, the Senior Brand Officer supports the successful delivery of marketing programs that strengthen the ADF Careers brand and support Defence recruitment objectives. This role combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement and brand execution to achieve strategic outcomes.
You will:
- Develop and deliver marketing campaigns and projects as directed by the Brand Lead, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and the requirements of the ADF and services.
- Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with cross departmental colleagues, suppliers,
external stakeholders and partners to deliver the marketing strategy.
- Support the Brand team to execute their strategy by assisting with stakeholder liaison, meeting planning, scheduling, timelines, reporting and logistics.
- Build and maintain knowledge of the wider ADF and service current and future recruitment targets, presenting opportunities for ADF to leverage, where appropriate.
- Support the continuous improvement of processes and efficiencies across the Brand team.
- Develop, manage, and maintain a high service client relationship through the provision of services that meet or exceed the expectations of Defence and the ADF Careers Adecco contract, further encouraging a strong and ongoing relationship between Adecco and the Commonwealth of Australia

Your background will demonstrate:
- A minimum of three years' experience working within the marketing or advertising industry.
- Experience in creative briefing, assessment and project management.
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and oral.
- A collaborative approach to building professional relationships and working within a team.
- Strong administrative support skills and willingness to use new platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and follow through with the ability to exercise initiative.
