We're partnering with a well-established premium furniture retailer to find an ambitious Manager in Training to join their Joondalup team. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing sales professional ready to step into leadership, develop their management skills and build a long-term career within a premium retail environment.

About The Role

Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you'll gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of showroom management while continuing to build your own sales performance.

This role is perfect for someone who is already excelling in retail sales and is ready to take on greater responsibility, lead by example and develop the skills needed to progress into a Store Manager position.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead from the front with strong personal sales performanceSupport the Store Manager with day-to-day showroom operationsAssist with coaching, engaging and developing the sales teamDeliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with a premium brandDrive sales performance and work towards achieving store targetsSupport showroom presentation and visual standardsAssist with customer enquiries, sales and follow-upTake on increasing leadership responsibility as you develop

About You

Proven success in retail sales, ideally within a high-ticket environmentA strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsNaturally confident,



driven and commercially mindedReady to take the next step into retail leadershipStrong communication and relationship-building skillsProfessional presentation suited to a premium retail environmentPassionate about delivering an exceptional customer experienceFull weekend availability is essential
