The OpportunityAs the Accommodation Lead on the HumeLink East Project, you will play a key role in coordinating accommodation and travel requirements for our project workforce and staff members. This position will take ownership of accommodation planning and coordination, ensuring suitable and cost-effective solutions are available to meet project requirements.The role will work closely with internal project teams, accommodation providers, landowners, local businesses and other stakeholders to manage current and future accommodation needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee accommodation requirements for project personnel, including bookings, changes, extensions and cancellations.Manage workforce travel requirements, including flights and associated travel arrangements.Plan and coordinate accommodation requirements in line with workforce forecasts, rosters and project needs.Maintain accurate accommodation,



travel and occupancy trackers and provide regular reporting to project stakeholders.Monitor accommodation utilisation and booking requirements to support efficient and cost-effective outcomes.Work closely with Corporate Traveller and other travel providers to coordinate workforce travel arrangements.Build and maintain strong relationships with accommodation providers, landowners, local businesses and communities to identify and secure suitable accommodation solutions.Negotiate and coordinate accommodation arrangements with external providers in line with project requirements.Support forward planning for increasing workforce accommodation demand and peak occupancy periods.Provide leadership, guidance and day-to-day support to two junior team members responsible for accommodation coordination and bookings.Ensure effective planning, governance and consistent service delivery across the accommodation function.Liaise closely with operational teams, site management and other project functions regarding workforce movements and accommodation requirements.Identify and resolve accommodation and travel issues in a timely manner.Maintain accurate records, documentation and administrative processes in accordance with project and ACCIONA requirements.About YouPrevious experience in a Senior Site Administrator, Project Administrator, Travel/Accommodation Coordinator or similar role, ideally within construction, infrastructure,



mining or a project-based environment.Demonstrated experience coordinating high-volume accommodation, travel and workforce logistics.Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and workforce requirements.Experience leading, mentoring or providing guidance to administration or coordination team members.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external providers.Commercial awareness with a focus on managing costs and achieving efficient accommodation and travel outcomes.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records, trackers and reports.Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A proactive approach with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions and work effectively in a quick-paced project environment.About the HumeLink East Project ACCIONA has partnered with Genus to form the HumeLink East Joint Venture, delivering a multi billion dollar project to expand and modernise southern New South Wales' electricity transmission network. The project involves the design and construction of 237km of 500kV double circuit overhead transmission lines from Bannaby to Wondalga, along with the upgrade of the Bannaby 500kV substation, strengthening grid reliability and supporting greater renewable energy integration for the National Electricity Market.
