Rusty Barrel Spirits is a craft spirit brand located in the heart of Sydney with bespoke packaging and high quality craft spirits. Our range includes Vodka, Spiced Rum, Gold Rum and Gin. Our product range has received overwhelming attention and acknowledgment on the silky smooth taste and eye-catching packaging. We have received a number of local and international awards including gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the International Wine & Spirits Competition. We've also received awards at the London Spirits Competition, Melbourne International Spirits Competition, Australian Rum Awards, Sydney Royal Spirits Competition and the Australian Gin Awards.
Our products can be found throughout Australia in independent liquor stores. Our Vodka can also be found in the large chain stores including every Dan Murphy's, selected BWS stores and some Liquorland outlets.

Qualifications & experience
- The successful applicant will ideally have previous sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry. Preferably the spirits portfolio
- Demonstrate strong networking and communication skills in a variety of settings
- Experience generating sales and developing marketing and sales strategies
- Be highly organised and motivated with an ability to work both autonomously and in a team
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Cold calling potential new customers to secure new business accounts / store ranging's, etc
- Meeting sales targets, and providing daily sales reports
- Prepare sales action plans and strategies
- Assist in the establishment of new marketing ideas and initiatives
- Identify, pursue and successfully close sales opportunities
- Meeting sales KPI’s for the On and Off Premise channels
- Conducting product training and in-store tasting events weekly
- Maintaining customer relationships with existing accounts
- Participate in sales events i.e. Markets, Festivals, etc
