Our company, Territory Rent A Car Pty Ltd, has been in business for over 58 years, we operate the Thrifty Car Rental Franchise for the Northern Territory and Kimberley region of WA, we have an extensive fleet of passenger vehicles, 4WDs, trucks and buses.

About the role

We are currently recruiting for an energetic and enthusiastic self-starter to join our team as Rental Vehicle Claims Administrator to provide end-to-end management of our rental customer accident claims process.

Main tasks include:

- Providing a high level of customer service at all times to all relevant parties

- Liaising with customers, providing them with a clear and concise understanding of the claims process

- Liaising with any third parties involved in a claim

- Undertaking claims review, including determining liability

- End to end management of claims

- Data entry and analysis

- Corresponding with our insurer and any third party insurers

- Liaising with vehicle repairers

- Providing support and reporting to senior management as required

- Other ad hoc operational processes as directed





- Developing and streamlining of the claims process

Essential Criteria:

- The ability to work autonomously and efficiently, as well as part of a larger team

- A people person with well-developed communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail, ability to problem solve and conflict resolution skills

- Well-developed time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines

- Ability to prioritise tasks, seek guidance when required, but work with minimal supervision

- Excellent Computer literacy skills

Training will be provided for the right candidate but previous experience in a similar role or an understanding of vehicle repairs would be advantageous and highly regarded.

- Hold a current, unrestricted, full Driver's licence.

- Have full working rights in Australia.
