Your role

Your role

Reporting to an experienced Facility Manager with a solid clinical background, you'll be joining a leadership team that values stability, collaboration and professional development.

You'll receive a comprehensive handover and ongoing support, while working alongside an on-site Clinical Quality team who provide additional support across quality, education and compliance .

Your focus will be on leading and developing the clinical team, strengthening team performance and ensuring consistently high standards of clinical care, governance and compliance are maintained.

About you

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous Care Manager experience within Residential Aged Care, or experience acting in a Care Manager capacity
- Confident and approachable leadership style with the ability to mentor and develop clinical teams
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, accreditation and aged care standards
