Sales Leader - GM of Sales - Technology Solutions & Services - Brisbane / Sydney

We’re partnering with an established Australian technology solutions and services business to appoint a senior Sales Leader who can help drive its next stage of profitable growth.

This is not a desk-based sales management role.

We’re looking for a genuine player-coach ie someone who can lead from the front, build senior customer relationships, create new opportunities, and develop an experienced account management team into confident, proactive consultative sellers.

The opportunity will suit a technology sales leader with experience across areas such as managed services, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, professional services or modern workplace solutions , and a strong track record selling into enterprise and upper mid-market customers.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and broader leadership team to:

- Drive profitable revenue, recurring services and recent-client growth




- Expand strategic relationships within existing customers
- Personally originate and develop new enterprise opportunities
- Coach and lift the capability of the sales team
- Strengthen account planning, pipeline discipline and forecasting
- Build strong relationships with technology vendors and partners
- Help translate technical capability into compelling customer outcomes

We’re particularly interested in leaders who have worked within an Australian IT Services, systems integrator or managed services environment and who are equally comfortable in a customer meeting, coaching a salesperson, or shaping commercial strategy.

Brisbane is preferred , although exceptional Sydney-based candidates will also be considered. Regular travel between Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne is part of the role.
