This represents an opportunity with a well established accounting firm based in Birtinya. This firm has been in operation for many years and are very proud of their client base. The firm is modern, cutting-edge and professional. The firm is led by a team of very personable, driven and knowledgable Directors and Managers.

POSITION

Due to strong growth the position of Client Services Manager has been created.

The role will involve the following:

- Support the accounting team (on shore and off shore)
- Provide leadership to the admin team
- Client relationship management
- Managing workflow and deadlines
- Liaising with the ATO and ASIC
- Database management




- Any other administrative duties as required

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

- 4+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Experience with all facets of public practice administration
- Experience with dealing with the ATO
- Experience with ASIC Corp Sec
- Experience with Xero and XPM would be highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (non negotiable)
- Ability to be a team player
