Our client is a leading national signage provider specialising in the education sector. Their signage is on the fence line, in the foyer and above the front gate of schools right across the country and they're growing fast in South East Queensland.

They're looking for a confident, motivated and proactive Business Development Manager to own the Brisbane northside territory.

This isn't a cold-start patch: you'll inherit an existing client base and a steady flow of inbound enquiries, with plenty of room to build on it.

What's in it for you

- $90,000 base salary + superannuation
- $20,000 vehicle allowance
- 8% commission on all sales above $45,000 per month, plus 4% on sales above $145,000 per month
- Their BDMs average around $10,000 in commission each month,that's an on-target package of $230,000+
- Uncapped. If you sell more, you earn more. There is no ceiling on this role.
- Warm leads, existing accounts and a brand schools already know and trust

What you'll be doing





- Identifying and securing recent business across schools and educational facilities on Brisbane's northside
- Managing and growing an existing client base, repeat business is a big part of this patch
- Dealing directly with Principals, Business Managers, Heads of Department and school administration
- Consulting on signage solutions: site visits, needs assessment, quoting and proposals
- Working to clear, revenue-based KPIs and being rewarded properly when you beat them

Is this you?

- A proven consultative sales track record, ideally in signage, education, LED / electrical or a related B2B product
- An existing network in the education sector is a big advantage, but our client will back the right salesperson without one
- You're motivated by money and comfortable being measured on revenue
- You'd rather be out in front of clients than sitting at a desk
- You're based on or near Brisbane's northside (or happy to be on the road there every day)
- Current driver's licence, and you're comfortable working with Working with Children Check requirements
