Positive Care Supports is seeking caring and dependable Disability Support Workers who are passionate about supporting people to live independently and stay connected to their community.

This role is about more than assisting with daily tasks. It’s about building respectful relationships, supporting individual choice, and providing consistent, person-centred support that helps people achieve their goals.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll provide support across SIL, day programs, community access, and in-home settings, including:

Assisting with personal care and daily living activities

Supporting community participation and social engagement

Providing transport to appointments and activities

Encouraging independence, skill development, and choice

Completing documentation and progress notes

Working collaboratively with families and professionals

Medication assistance where required

Requirements

Relevant qualifications or willingness to obtain

First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)

NDIS Worker Screening Check / Police Check

Working rights in Australia

Availability for a range of shifts, including weekends
