Taking on a portfolio of 140–150 properties, you’ll be supported by a committed Assistant Property Manager with 12 months’ experience.

You’ll be taking over a well-maintained portfolio from a long-standing Property Manager, making this an ideal opportunity for someone comfortable with end-to-end portfolio management who is looking to focus more on relationship management, while also guiding and mentoring junior staff.

You’ll work alongside two experienced Property Managers within a collaborative team, collectively managing a rent roll of approximately 450 properties.

Requirements

- Previous residential Property Management experience
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail
- A positive,
