Pepper Money ANZ is expanding its compliance leadership to strengthen regulatory alignment across Australia and Recent Zealand. You will partner with the Head of Compliance and senior stakeholders to embed a strong compliance culture, provide expert guidance on NCCP/AML-CTF/privacy issues, and drive timely regulatory change across the business.
You will oversee monitoring, incident reviews, and escalation handling while developing the team and promoting a proactive risk mindset.
