A strategic, business-facing role responsible for shaping and delivering the people agenda across one or more PwC portfolios; partnering with the People Leader to co-create and execute the people plan that drives culture, talent, learning, and workforce outcomes; providing portfolio delivery and support across People, Partnership & Culture (Workforce Strategy,Culture, Leadership, Talent (inclLearning & Development,and People Experience); and orchestrating delivery through Centres of Excellence and People Solutions without owning day-to-day operational PP&C; activities. This role has no direct reports.

What you’ll do:

- Co-create and implement a multi-year people plan aligned to business strategy, with clear outcomes, milestones, measures, and governance to drive delivery against strategic objectives.
- Partner with Culture, Leadership, Talent, Workforce Strategy, and Talent Acquisition teams to define cultural opportunities, translate workforce demand forecasts into proactive planning, and deploy targeted talent and learning interventions.
- Collaborate with Finance to align workforce budgets, people investments, and productivity targets; build business cases and track ROI to ensure financial and strategic alignment.
- Drive AI-enabled workforce delivery by embedding AI literacy,



leveraging AI tools and analytics for workforce planning, and partnering with AI Workforce Enablement to define future roles and skills.
- Advise on organisation effectiveness, including structure, role clarity, team health, and ways of working to enhance agility, collaboration, and performance; act as a change agent for transformation initiatives.
- Orchestrate delivery across Centres of Excellence and People Solutions to ensure integrated, best-practice people initiatives, operational effectiveness, and consistent execution while monitoring progress and measuring impact.

What we’re looking for:

Core Skills

- Over 10 years of strategic HR/business partnering experience in complex, matrixed organisations, delivering culture, talent, learning, and change outcomes.
- Expertise in talent strategy, succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, organisational effectiveness, and integrating AI tools and people analytics to shape strategy and measure impact.
- Proven ability to collaborate across Centres of Excellence (L&D;, Talent, Workforce, Culture) and influence senior leaders through strong executive presence and consulting skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR governance, the Australian employment landscape, and strong commercial acumen partnering with Finance on budgets, workforce costs, and ROI.

Desirable Skills

- Experience in professional services or multi-line businesses.




- Background in design thinking, systems thinking, or organisational network analysis.
- Familiarity with Workday, Culture Amp, ServiceNow and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
