About the Role:

We are looking for a solicitor to join our busy Commercial Litigation team. The team includes a Partner (an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation), a Senior Associate, a Graduate Lawyer, and a dedicated group of legal assistants and paralegals.

This role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of commercial litigation and criminal law matters, including:

- Mining Services Disputes

- Bankruptcy and Insolvency

- Business/Partnership Disputes

- Consumer Law

- Planning & Environment/Land Court matters

- General litigation in all State and Federal Courts

- Traffic matters

- Criminal law

You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced barristers and engage in your own court advocacy.

While the ideal candidate will have 2+ years post admission experience in commercial litigation,



applicants who have any experience in litigation are encouraged to apply.
