We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Client Services Administrator to join our highly supportive, collaborative team and become a vital part of the MURO family.
As Senior Client Services Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Clients as well as our team of Accountants and Bookkeepers.
Your Key Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Client Onboarding/Offboarding
- ASIC & Corporate Compliance Administration
- Liaising with the ATO for Payment Plans, Remissions and other client/company matters
- Client Services & Administration
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in a client services role in an Australian Accounting Practice
- Proficiency in Xero, XPM,
CAS360, ATO Portal
- Robust experience with ASIC corporate compliance and company maintenance
- Works well to deadlines with strong attention to detail and prioritisation.
- Highly organised.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Ability to build relationships.
