Linktal Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead for a plastics manufacturing site in Melbourne. This permanent full time role combines leadership with hands-on mechanical maintenance and repair of injection moulding equipment.
You will supervise around 5 staff, allocate workshop tasks, diagnose and fix faults, and drive improvements as the team moves from paper to digital systems. Expect a 9‑day fortnight and day shift 5:00am–2:00pm.
