Located at 50 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000, L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele is a restaurant offering a range of high-quality food and beverage options in a vibrant dining setting. The restaurant is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Waiter to become part of their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Providing professional table service, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for guests.
Providing customers with information about menu items, daily specials, and beverages, responding to enquiries in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.
Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with venue standards and NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
Setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining area.
Processing customer payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Liaising effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing service-related enquiries or concerns professionally.
Maintaining a high standard of presentation and service throughout each shift.
Complying with food safety, hygiene, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), and workplace health and safety requirements.
About You
At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Trade Waiter or in a similar fast-paced hospitality role.
Valid NSW RSA Competency Card. Strong knowledge of professional food and beverage service procedures. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to provide attentive and professional table service. Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant workplace. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members. Well-presented, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality customer service. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
