Austral Archaeology is seeking an Archaeologist to join our Illawarra team on a full time basis. You will work on diverse Indigenous and historical heritage projects across Illawarra and Sydney, with opportunities to mentor junior archaeologists and develop your own skills.
The role emphasizes leading field surveys, test excavations, and monitoring, with travel to project sites, strong GIS/report writing expectations, and collaboration with Traditional Owners.
