Encircle Ltd. in the Moreton Bay region seeks an experienced Homeless Outreach Worker to join the Housing and Homelessness team, delivering HOAP and IHR with assertive outreach, assessment, advocacy and coordinated support.

The role serves individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing instability, and complex needs across Lawnton, Redcliffe and Kallangur, operating on a 8AM-4PM & 12PM-8PM shift rotation within a strengths-based, trauma-informed framework.
