- Prepare and serve espresso-based coffees, teas, and other beverages to café standards.
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly, professional service.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and processcash and card payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee machine, workstations, dining area, and equipment.
- Restock food, beverages, and café suppliesthroughout the day.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock checks.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure effective service.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issuesprofessionally.
