Technical Team Lead for a growing dev team based in Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast
Flexible working - 2 days a week on site, the rest from home (would consider fully remote for the right candidate)

Carelynx is an exciting and growing company that has developed a software platform used to provide clinical monitoring in care facilities.

Our application is built using Ruby on Rails and React. Our software development team currently has 3 permanent developers and we are expanding our team with a new permanent hire, in order to increase our capacity to deliver new features and workstreams for our clients.





We enjoy a strong team culture with an open and collaborative work workplace. We encourage flexible working and meet 2 days a week in Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast, working from home the rest of the week. Varsity Lakes is on the Brisbane train line. We would consider fully remote for the right candidate, and encourage developers from outside the Brisbane / Gold Coast area to apply, however, do require our team members to be based in Australia and hold a valid work visa if applicable.

Ideally you will have deep Rails skills but we will consider other back end experience. More importantly for this Technical Team Lead role, you will have:

- proven experience as technical team lead across the full stack
- solid design and architecture skills
- a strong commitment to quality, responsibility and ownership of project development.
